1. Either go back to the Active Tournaments Search page that you came here from, or go to http://www.active.com/free-listings/t....

2. In the search text box, enter all criteria that you’re looking for or the tournament name. Click “Find it!”.

3. Your search results will include the tournaments that best fit your criteria. If you don’t find what you’re looking for at first, you can filter your results further:

a. Click the “location” link to define the location where the tournament occurs.

b. Click the “Refine Your Search” link to specify a sport, age group, date, or proximity to your current location. Make sure that “Activity Type” is set to “Tournament”.

c. Sort your results by keyword match or event date.

I wrote to Customer Support (???) at Active and here is hoe they replied:Thank you for contacting Active.com! We have received your email.

Please note that we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries at this time. We will respond to your message in the order it was received.

Our office hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday.

They have replied like thie on numerous occasions in the past regarding some of their other sites and NEVER got things straight!!

This is terrible. You can't find anything under softball. Put in softball, tournaments. Locations 46143, within 50 miles. Should come back with a lot of results. It comes back with nothing. Please get this fixed.

Cannot refine your search for softball tournaments in Texas. There are going to be a lot of disapointed tournaments because they cannot fill them because eteamz and active have messed up the way people having been finding tournaments for years.

I guess I will have to go to another website to find softball tournaments. This is stupid when I plug in information & get no tournaments found as my response. There are tournaments out there in & around Southern Illinois for 14U. Go back to the way it was. If it wasn't broken don't screw with it. I used this site constantly last softball season for all my daughter's tournaments she went to. Now I can't get jack crap!!

The search engine on this site is horrible. When I search under Wisconsin, I get different tournaments if I just use WI. My tournaments do not even come up unless I search under Firebirds.

The problem is not fixed. I can't any softball tournament. I can't find the softball tournament i listed over a month ago. The tournament I listed was there two weeks ago then you guys changed you format. Why change it? You guys need to go back to the way it was two weeks ago.

Why would you mess with a quick effective system. I could check by state which tournament i wanted to look into and now i find myself going in a circle . Running a team is hard enough.
